Advocate & Enabler

Neurodivergence Advocate

This is about advocacy, enablement, and building a world where neurodivergent minds can thrive. By someone who lives it, for everyone who needs it.

Lived Experience, Active Advocacy

I navigate the world with ADHD, dyslexia, and autism. For most of my life, I thought these were obstacles to overcome. Now I understand them as different operating systems, each with unique capabilities and requirements.

That understanding drives everything I build. Neurodivergent-centered thinking as a foundation, not an afterthought. When you design for cognitive diversity, you tend to create better experiences for everyone.

But advocacy goes beyond design. It's about visibility. Neurodivergent minds don't just work in technology, they often see patterns and possibilities that others miss. It's about building tools, academies, and resources specifically for our community.

"We're not here to fix you. We're here to amplify what makes you exceptional."

The Trifecta

ADHD

Chunked content, visual anchors, clear progress indicators, and dopamine-friendly engagement.

Dyslexia

Visual-first design, clear typography, generous spacing, and alternative content formats.

Autism

Explicit structure, predictable patterns, sensory-conscious design, and clear communication.

Advocacy in Action

Advocacy isn't just talking. Here's how we're actively working to support and elevate the neurodivergent community.

Visibility & Voice

Elevating neurodivergent perspectives in technology, education, and design. Valuable viewpoints that drive innovation, not edge cases to accommodate.

Accessible Education

Building learning experiences that honor different cognitive styles. Multiple modalities, clear structure, self-paced progression. Designed for how diverse brains actually work.

Community Building

Creating spaces where neurodivergent individuals can learn, connect, and thrive, because of the unique strengths they bring.

What We're Building

Tools, programs, and resources designed specifically with neurodivergent learners in mind—not as an accommodation, but as the primary design target.

Active

Curiosity Gauntlet

AI education program designed with neurodivergent learners in mind. Team-based, hands-on, multiple pathways to success.

Design Principles

These principles guide every presentation, course, and interaction we create. They're not accommodations—they're better design for everyone.

Visual-First Design

Information presented through clear visual hierarchies, spatial organization, and intuitive layouts. We use color, shape, and positioning to communicate meaning before words.

Multiple Modalities

Content available in various formats: visual diagrams, written text, interactive elements, video explanations. Engage with material in whatever way works best for your brain.

Clear Structure

Consistent navigation, predictable patterns, and explicit organization. No hidden menus, no surprise layouts. Your systematic thinking is an asset.

Accessible Pacing

Self-directed learning with no time pressure. Pause, revisit, and process at your own rhythm. Your pace is the right pace.

Reduced Cognitive Load

Clean interfaces, minimal distractions, and focused content. We remove the noise so you can focus on what matters.

Progressive Disclosure

Information layered from essential to detailed. Start with the core concept, dive deeper when you're ready. No overwhelming walls of text.

Neurodivergent Strengths
